Chyss is a 1v1 tactical turn based game inspired from Chess, and developed by Shaman.

The Chyss is a game played in the whole universe. Created by 3 wandering craftsmen centuries ago, it became the center of interest of billions of people across diverse planets, whether they are of blood and flesh, or artificial.
Playing to be the best, playing to have fun, playing to forget, everyone has their reason.

The Chyss is what ties them together.

Chyss mixes board game strategy, arcade/neo+retro videogame animation, a simple-to-learn base system, and a strong lore, to propose a way to have fun with your friends, lovers, siblings or children, favourite streamer, or community.

Until the Adventure mode is developed, Chyss is a multiplayer-only game, so your presence and feedback as players is really important. Show yourself, your opinion matters!

Note: Since it is very early, there probably is a low number of players, so it is greatly encouraged to try the game with a friend and you both click on play around the same time. If a player is already waiting to play, one of you will be matched with them, but if noone is, you will play against each other.

Also, during prealpha, some issues are found and need the server to be down for a little while until they are fixed.

Status indicator will tell you if server is up for playing.
